Team Trainings

Larger Than Life works together with various training companies, therefore we can design team trainings entirely according to your wishes. Experience in doing team tasks with a large number of very different groups has lead to the development of a competence model related to over 40 team- and communication tasks, so our choice of task will fit perfectly to the subect of your training.

Team Games: Constructive Challenges

Our Team Workshop with short, intense cooperation tasks is meant for getting steamed up for business, or -quite the contrary- to step out of the daily routines for a change. At home in any outdoor programme, our team games will surprise you and amaze you about your team's problem solving capacities. Because of a well built-up sequence of team tasks, your team will gradually warm up in process-oriented planning, decision making, communication and creative cooperation.

Training Support

For empowerment of your training or course, as a kick-off, refreshing time-out or conclusion of a training, Larger Than Life offers training support. We have related our cooperation tasks to team phases, competence, core qualities and group size. Based on this model, we can support your training with fitting team tasks that bring out the important aspects of cooperation, so your colleagues are better able to focus on the matter at hand.

Team Workshop for Recreation & Trainings

On your company's day out, sports day, incentive, meet-and-greet day, school camp, or as part of a training: Larger Than Life offers more than 40 different team games. To intensify professional relations, focus on a certain issue in a training, or just for having fun: we always come up with something new. Try us out and learn to know another side of your colleagues, friends, team- or classmates!

Fencing or Swordplay Clinic

In cooperation with instructors of SooLancelot Arnhem, we offer professional clinics in fencing and swordplay for training, recreation, and theatre purposes. Both sports form an excellent ingredient for team- and communication trainings. Click on the button below for more info on these clinics.

Rental: Materials for Team Trainings

Various materials for team tasks are for rent at Larger Than Life. Bamboo sticks, rubber bands, pioneering materials, ropes, crates and wooden beams for team games: in consultation we can provide a package according to your wishes, including task forms for your team(s), an instruction form for your trainer, and all this delivered at your location. This service is especially meant for team coaching & training companies, but can also be of interest for schools, scoutings, clubs and other groups.
